Help For Adding Documents
You can use Documents to add a new document or to edit an existing document. In order to add or edit documents a user must be logged in to the website.
Documents can be added in two ways:
1) Edit the existing page: A user can edit the current page by clicking on the edit button. After clicking the edit button a text editor opens up. The page then can be edited using the text editor. after editing the page click the save button below to save the page.
2) Create a new page: A user can also create a new page. To create a new page click the edit button. When the text editor opens up, in the body of the text editor type the name of the new page enclosed in square brackets. Then click save button to save the page. After saving the page you will see ?create this page besides the name of your new page.

Page1 ?Create this page .
Click on the create this page. Again a text editor opens up. Then add contents to the page and save. Your new page is created.
The Documents have the following menus.
1) View : To view the current page.
2) Edit: To edit the current page. A user can edit the current page by clicking on the edit button. After clicking the edit button a text editor opens up. The page then can be edited using the text editor. after editing the page click the save button below to save the page
3) Search this section: Type in the text in the txt box and click search.
4) Recent Changes : Clicking on recent changes button, a list of all the newly added and edited pages will appear.
5) Contents: This lists all the douments in alphabetical order.
