This page provides technical HELP for disAbility Spin.

This is not where you get help on HOW TO do or find something on dSpin.  For HOW TO or tutorial type help, head over to the Info Center building. You will find links there that will help walk you through doing different things on the site.

What's disAbility Spin

In general, the first thing to do is use the "search dSpin" box in the upper left hand corner of your monitor.  It works like Google but for the dSpin site only.  It will take what words you type and find any page in the site that contains them.

Remember:  for most pages on dSpin, once you've logged in, you can also PROVIDE help yourself, by adding, or improving existing HELP pages.  So, if you figure out how to do or find something and there's no (good) description of what to do, make dSpin a better place by adding some help!

Basic HELP areas:

Technical Support -- for information about how the site works and to report something that seems to be broken or otherwise not working.

Content Support -- for information about how the content of the site is organized, where you can find what you want, and how to contribute your content.

Contact Support -- for information on the folks who created and maintain the site and how to communicate with them.

Replication Support -- for information on how you can use a PeerLink site (like disAbility Spin) for your community.

Development Notes -- a place to view and edit the notes for developing the site.

If you encounter ANY problems, you can email me either by clicking here or manually sending me an email at charrierrj@missouri.edu and I will attempt to help you through them.
~Richard
